Shipping.

We are based in sunny Barcelona, Spain.

DHL Express delivery is free for all the orders worldwide. The expected delivery time is 1-2 working days for European orders and 2-5 for other countries.

The shipping time may be longer for remote territories, such as islands and small towns.

Unfortunately express delivery is not available for Russia, Belarus and Kazakhstan. The shipping time with regular post usually takes up to 20 working days. The shipping is free of charge.

Payment.

We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express, Diners and JCB.

The payment is processed by Stripe.com, that utilizes secure, encrypted servers when requesting personal information.

• Choose the products from our catalog and add them to the cart.
• On the cart page press the Checkout button.
• Fill the shipping form and confirm the order.
• You’ll be redirected to the payment page. Please check your shipping address and fill the card details.
• After the successful payment you will be redirected to the confirmation page with the order number and receive a confirmation on the email.
• All the data that you fill in forms is securely processed outside of our servers. We only receive the information about the status of your payment.

Customs duties, import fees and taxes.

As all our products are manufactured in Spain and sent from Barcelona, there are no any import duties within European Union.

The UK prices are inclusive of duties and are shipped to the UK with duties paid.

If the total amount of your purchase is less than one thousand dollar there are no duties in the USA.

Import charges of other countries (if they exist) are not included in the item price and may be applied during the custom clearance. Please check with your country customs office to determine what these additional costs may be prior to purchasing our products. We are not responsable for orders not accepted due to failure to pay duties and taxes. International shipping, duty and taxes are not refundable in the event of the return.
